Perfect location for a weekend spent in hocking hills! About 15-20 minutes to all the major hikes and even more convenient to grocery stores and various restaurants. If you didn’t take the time to plan your trip out, Brent’s personal recommendation pamphlet at the house would make a successful trip in itself! The cabin was the perfect combination of cozy and rustic. Beds and couches were comfortable. Being able to see the horses that live across the street while in the hot tub was such a cool bonus! Before our trip even ended, we talked about booking again in the future!

Staying at Brent’s place was truly a delight! He sent multiple messages leading up to our trip with instructions on how to get in and other info we may need to know. The cabin was such a cozy spot to unwind and was within quick driving distance to wherever we wanted to go. The add-on living space was the perfect room to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch movies at night. The bedrooms, while small, had everything we needed and Brent provided plenty of additional blankets to use. The only thing that caught us off guard was, from the pictures, it looked like the cabin was more secluded than it actually is. There are neighbors close by but everyone seemed very quiet and respectful of privacy. There is also a privacy fence around the fire pit which definitely adds more seclusion. I truly loved staying at Brent’s cabin and would absolutely visit again and encourage others to do the same.
