I enjoyed my stay here. Good value, good amenities, affordable and in the middle of Versalles with tons of great restaurants within a 3 to 5 minute walk. Short 10 minute Uber ride to the Romantic Zone, boardwalk and all the action. If you want a more local vibe and less touristy, you might check out this place. Place is very clean and minimalist design. As advertised.

I loved our Airbnb in the Versalles neighborhood! I love that it’s super local - not touristy at all. A few mins walk to the beach. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance as well! Getting to other areas like Zona Romantica was an easy quick uber ride away! Some of my fav restaurants to frequent was Barbocow (tacos) and Lamara (ceviche)!!!

Beautiful, spotless condo in a great area! The highlight for us was the absolutely stunning views of Puerto Vallarta from the rooftop patio and pool! We spent a lot of our down time up there enjoying the gorgeous sunrise and sunset every day 😎🌅🌄 The accommodations were immaculate and modern. Comfy beds, and pull out couch. Extremely clean and well equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony with a partial view of the mountains. Very prompt reply from the host for any questions or concerns 👍🏻 We will definitely book this bnb again another time we come back to PV!

We had a wonderful stay at this Versalles condo. Upon check-in, Paolo welcomed us with a very informative tour of the modern unit, which looked exactly like the pictures. The pristine unit was loaded with all the modern amenities and essentials in the listing, no need to request anything during our 7-day stay.  A cleaning mid-week was provided, which we appreciated as we didn't know when booking.  Individual A/C units and in-unit laundry were a big plus.  Let's talk about the rooftop: GORGEOUS mountain and oceanic views. The pool was delightful, an oasis to soak in the rays and watch the sunset.  I would say our favorite part of the accommodation.  We also loved the area as it was far away enough from the touristy areas, but convenient enough where ubers were a breeze to all our destinations in PV.  Plus, walkable restaurants, cafes and bars in the area were some of our favorites.   And yes, we were able to walk and felt pretty safe even late at night.
