Tucked away in a secluded road makes nighttime a quiet affair. Located close enough to your amenities and malls but out there enough to get a unique experience. The room looked exactly like the pictures and every detail of the place looked meticulously designed by people with an eye for detail. I particularly liked how close the location was to Chinatown and I'd take boat rides across the river almost every day, often during sunset to catch some fo the best views of Bangkok. Can't recommend the place enough.
The rooms are located in a calm, peaceful and residential neighborhood close to the riverside and iconsiam. The room no. 6 was too small for two people so I would recommend to choose another option with balcony. The toilet is separated from the bed only by a glass door which is not very comfortable. The smoking area could be equipped with some chairs or sitting furniture to make it cozier. Overall it was a good staying.
Very well designed beautiful space (the room and common areas). We had a problem with the room on the first night and the host was very quick to respond with a solution and took care of it. Nice quiet street with cafes nearby and the Iconsiem mall very close. We also enjoyed hanging out on the roof at the end of our days.
Stylish, unique. It's a great place for one person. Love that the 4th floor has space to work and a balcony.
My stay at StupidStay was amazing. The owner of the studio and the apartments, Nham, was great! The whole building was beautiful and filled with beautiful people that work together to create even more beauty as designers! Nham showed me around the neighborhood herself teaching me a lot of stuff about the food culture and the history of the city and her life. A completely different experience from any others I previously had. I found my favorite place in Bangkok and made a new friend! The place was so clean, really luminous and more than enough for one person. The whole building was projected by Nham, her partner and her team, I felt right at home. If you stay at this place I would suggest to try the coffee shop right next to the building and “the shelter” and also the bakery next to it (the shelter) which are just around the corner. There’s a kitchen you can use, with filtered water to refill your water bottle, both a fridge and a microwave and a beautiful common library. Enjoy!!!
