Outdoor amenities include a fenced yard, fire pit, tetherball, basketball, connect4. Indoors, enjoy a game room, laundry, 3 bedrooms w/smart TVs and 2.5baths. The upper level features decks, screened porch, sunroom, a designer kitchen. Linens and firewood are not included. Embrace the charm and comfort for an unforgettable retreat. The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2 half baths, and an outdoor shower. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you should need to prepare your meals and has seating for 4 at the bar. Sun room has seating for 4 at the table and 2 chairs that convert to twin beds. There are 2 large decks and a screened in porch. The lower floor has a game room with futon and bunk as well as laundry and wet bar area. For the kids there are books, board games, arcade games, basketball, tetherball, connect4, blocks, and sand toys. There is also a bookshelf for the adults. Please be aware that no linens or firewood is provided. Dogs are welcome with a fee. Broadkill can have flies and mosquitoes due to its location near the marsh so please be sure to pack bug spray. Bookings from Memorial day to Labor day are 7 day stays with Saturday move in/out.
