This place was perfect for my family to enjoy a family wedding. The location was perfect with short walk to the beach. We loved it.

This house was wonderful. It was in a quiet area and walking distance to beach. Very easy checkin and 3+ parking spots. House had everything we needed and more. 2 living rooms were wonderful for our family. Kitchen is very small but had everything we needed. Great snacks and coffee available at check in. Bathrooms and kitchen well stocked. Back living room actually has water views and lots of windows. Would love to stay here again.

We've been traveling back home to the CT shoreline for 16 years. One of the best stays. Bill's place was EVERYTHING we hoped for. Felt right at home. In fact, we felt we walked into Bill's home and displaced the family for a week! Books, games, everything we needed in kitchen to cook, great WiFi (I had to work), wanted for nothing, (toiletries, spices, treats were left, coffee pods for Keurig, [there's a coffee pot too], etc.) The beach is right down the street. Safe, contained neighborhood - we walked and ran every day. Can't say enough about our stay. We were almost in tears having to leave...

Bill's place is great, it is even more nice than we expected it to be from the pictures. We were with 2 families, in total with 8 people and we had more than enough space to be together or to find a quiet spot to read a book. Our 5 year old daughter loved all the toys, which are located in one of the living rooms. She also discovered a lot of children's books upstairs. One of the teenagers discovered a lot of games, stored in different rooms, and we enjoyed playing another game every night at the dining table.
