Tom’s place was great. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We traveled with two small children and our dog and the apt was perfect for all of us. The location is great and easy to find.

This is such a beautiful house!! It is a wonderful blend of historic detail and updated renovations to make the house both very comfortable, and very interesting. The house is extremely well organized and well laid out, all comforts are anticipated and thought out. The location is great, easy walk to our favorite breakfast place, great restaurants and of course, Ashley's ice cream! Also a beautiful spot next to the library and Branford green. We loved the dog friendliness and our pups found the nice treat jar in the kitchen. Easy access to the lawn area in the back for late night dog outings and the whole area is extremely walkable. Tom was an excellent host, very accommodating to our shifting and changing schedules and he was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. If the right situation arises, we would hope to stay here again!

Tom is a wonderful host. He is friendly and helpful. We love that he allows pets. The home has character and is comfortable. Everything we needed was provided including throw blankets and lots of extra pillows. Thanks for everything. We would stay again.

Tom’s place was great - a beautiful apartment. Everything was clean and welcoming. We had to quickly find a place same day and Tom was super communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!
