We loved staying at The Cedar inn Fair Haven. The house was just as it was described and absolutely pristine. The decor and furnishings were tasteful. The kitchen was well-outfitted to make any meal that you'd like. The location was also perfect - we like to walk, so it was easy to walk to the pier at the state park. We could also watch the famous Fair Haven sunsets from the upstairs deck. All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at this little cottage. Robert was a fantastic host, a very responsive. The property was close to Fair Haven State Park, Colloca Estate Winery, several restaurants and pubs. Fantastic views from the master bedroom's deck of Little Sodus Bay and the stunning sunsets in the evening. Staying at this property in the Spring, we were delighted to see daffodils out every window across the property. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and more. Beds comfortable and bathroom with plenty of towels and a hair dryer. We felt so at home at The Cedar and look forward to staying again when we are in the area.

The house is really nice, perfect for a cozy cabin get-away. Great location close to a beautiful beach in a cute neighborhood, nice pond and fire pit in the backyard. The hosts were very responsive, and provided many things for us including firewood, coffee, and great cooking appliances/cookware + seasonings!

I absolutely loved this home for a getaway with my sons. The second we walked in we felt so cozy and peaceful. We did some activities but the boys were always eager to get back to the “cabin” to look for animal tracks outside before curling up with one of the many blankets on the big cozy couch in front of the fire. We watched movies, played games, made dinner. My youngest cried when we had to leave because he wanted it to be our house! The host couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive. They made sure we knew exactly where everything was and they thought of everything!
