Less than a 5 minute walk to Northern Nica's famous surf break, The Boom, our house is a surfer's (or soon to be) dream! The perfect size for a solo traveler or couple, Casa Lucie has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A queen bed with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with hot water (not that you'll need it!), and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dining area. Outside walk straight to the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and store your boards, bags, and more!

We're in the private gated community of Las Brisas, providing a high level of safety and security for guests with 24/7 security. It's a quiet neighbourhood minutes from the popular surf break the Boom, walking distance to another popular beach Aposentillo, and only 1 km from the village of Aserradores.
Motorcycles tend to be a favorite mode of transportation here, which you can rent on location! Some mode of transporation is recommended so you can fully enjoy all the area has to offer, however many guests arrive with no form of transporation and still enjoy their time fully! Car service can be organized for trips to the city and surrounding areas as needed alongside moto or bicycle rental upon your request!
