Imagine, unwinding in a majestic 4 story, treehouse-like home, pondering the panoramic views, relaxing on the porches, and watching God paint the sky from the lighthouse tower. Breathe in peace, while you play on 5 shaded ac. From a path to a porch swing, discover the delight in nature. All friends, families, small groups, & spiritual retreats are welcome here. Experience and enjoy “Peace Be Still" where you can hear the whisper of God. Labor of love, by Lisa & Jeff Passell AKA Gigi & Papa As you enter “Thee Treehouse”, you will know that you are in a special place. *The spacious living room invites you to snuggle up with a book, play a game from an antique chest, or watch the birds enjoy their feeders. Our large dining table seats 8-10. *The fully equipped country kitchen is where you can find “Gigi & Papa’s Pantry”. Savor some sips and snacks as you sit at one of the quaint “tables for two” with an outdoor view. *Just around the corner and through the saloon doors, is our “Sunshine” room. Surrounded by old-pane windows that allow sunbeams of light, the comfy queen bed will be beckoning you for an afternoon nap. Rainy days are fun too! *The “Powder” room is an area which includes a vanity/washer/dryer/ironing board, & a teeny-tiny bathroom promising a touch of the tickles as you enjoy your seat. *No worries…we’ve gotcha! We have an eclectic bathroom with two sinks & mirrors and a clawfoot tub w/shower handle. *Up the cedar staircase, you will find 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower power and a sitting area with a pop-up coffee bar & library. Feel free to borrow a book to relax & read while you are here. *The “Seaglass” room holds a small vanity and a pair of twin beds. The view overlooks the tree-lined road. *The “Farmhouse” room will make you go “E-I-E-I-Oh, Wow”. The quilted queen bed faces the trees dancing with the sunset. Outside the French-doors, step onto the big porch w/ rocking chairs and swinging bed to enjoy the front-yard view. There is the secret cedar closet passage way too. *Our “Feathered Friends” room feel like royalty with its king-sized bed, fancy nightstands, & decorative ceiling fan. This bird-adorned room also shares the porch and has its own set of rocking chairs. * “Thee Upper Room”… “gifts” inspiration as you savor the Hill Country horizon. The wavering tree tops aglow with sunrises and sunsets will keep your cameras clicking. * “Thee Lighthouse” unveils an indescribable 360 (degree) panoramic view. This is a secret space where serenity, hope and harmony collide in the sky.

I loved Lisa’s place! She was such a wonderful host and we had a magical experience at her place. If you are looking for a fun place to stay near Austin, or a good place to unplug and get away, this is the place! Lisa is a very friendly and accommodating host; she visited with us when we arrived and made us feel welcome and gave some great recommendations. She also made our friend’s surprise birthday party weekend a magical experience. I hope I have the chance to visit again.
This beautiful home was even better than the pictures. The highlight for us was definitely the porches the swing bed, rocking chairs and swing were perfect for lazy days spent laughing and talking with family. The outdoor fire pit added coziness to our evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked making meal prep a joy with an amazing pit out the back door. The comfy beds made us all sleep like babies and wake to birds and the sounds of wilderness. The location couldn't have been more ideal. We spent most of our time at the house, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and unspoiled acreage you don't want to leave. Lisa and her husband Jeff, were fantastic hosts. Lisa's daughter made us an amazing cake with ice cream!! They made our 3yr old GD's day by letting her pet their beautiful horses that graze nearby. They invited us on a little stroll and Jeff found a heart-shaped rock that he gave to her and she promptly added it to her treasure box. 5 stars - and I don't give 5 stars
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! The house is very beautiful, inside and out. You can really tell a lot of love and care went into everything. The land is peaceful and whimsical. We all just enjoyed walking around, taking it all in. The kids (7, 12 & 13) loved running around and exploring. We took walkie talkies and laser tag for extra entertainment, and they had a blast. This place is perfect for (mostly) screen free fun! We loved relaxing on the gorgeous porch, or playing bean bag toss. We made smores by the fire pit. Our 2 dogs came with, and they have already asked to go back ;) They are country dogs now. Lisa was an awesome host and thought of every detail. She provided snacks, waters, and a few goodies to bake. That was a sweet surprise! She also made sure the kids had plenty of board games, books, coloring etc. She thought of it all! If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place to be. We will definitely stay here again!
Lisa was so attentive and caring. The house and views were breathtaking. It was exactly what 4 stressed out teachers needed to start our Spring Break. We left there feeling so relaxed and cared for. Thank you so much for your hospitality! I highly recommend staying here!
I’m a fellow airbnb host and needed a place to re-accommodate my guests because of a temporary issue at my airbnb. Lisa was a gracious and responsive host who took great care of my guests at a moment’s notice. My guests reported an amazing rest of the stay at her place.

We are at the end of the cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood of large acreage. Turtle Hill Rd is a peaceful walk and gives plenty of opportunity to veer off for longer stretches. Our dogs love it (leash advised as there are deer) and it is very stroller friendly as there is very little traffic. If you run into neighbors you will receive friendly waves.
Plenty of parking on site.
