Ryan's place is close to a lot of establishments. Ryan is also very proactive on the updates. His place is good for a quick stay.

Ryan is a super host. He provided clear instructions from the beginning to the end of my stay. My only regret is that I only stayed one night. The place is definitely suitable for long term stays. The room is big with a nice balcony, clean bathroom with hot water, nice sized tv and cold a/c. The building has good and friendly security so you feel safe and welcomed. Good area as well with lots of food places. I recommend here and will stay longer next time I am in Cebu.
