Listen to the ocean waves from your one-bedroom, fully-equipped, villa. The views are spectacular! Gated community. Minutes from the beach and from Dominical. The bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and patio access to the private plunge swimming pool. NOTE: The home is on a mountain, and Guests will need to walk 87 steps down to the property from the parking lot. The home and the swimming pool are private. The parking is shared and there is a set of stairs leading down to this Property and one other property, which is shared (the stairs).

Exceeded expectations
Great location right above dominical beach. Takes less than a minute drive to reach the town and maybe two minutes to reach the actual beach. Pool was definitely a highlight of the property.
Was a really lovely spot, incredible view! and property managers were very responsive. Would highly recommend this sweet place.
This is a magical stay, the view is stunning and worth the while. The private pool was perfect for our mid-day retreat. There are plenty of steps to and from the car but we did not mind. The room was comfortable and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a quick breakfast every morning. We hope to return here one day.

The home is in a private, gated and exclusive neighborhood. Guests will be given an access PIN prior to arrival.
A 4x4 or powerful SUV is required to access the property due to the steepness of the mountain. The road is paved however.
