Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sit back and enjoy the sounds of the jungle with a spectacular ocean view with occasional visits from monkeys, Toucans and scarlet macaws. This 1500 square-foot Villa has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. The top floor has a spacious and bright living space with a kitchen, lounge area, and dining room. Oversized sliding glass doors flow into a large balcony and covered terrace. Including your own private pool perfect for outdoor entertaining and wildlife viewing, with frequent sightings of toucans, sloths, scarlet, macaws, and a variety of other birds and yes monkeys. As you head downstairs to the first floor, you will find a bonus from, the laundry room and two bedrooms. Each bedroom includes an ocean and jungle view, a private bathroom and covered balconies.

April 2024 Excellent space with a lot of room if you have a family, it was just my husband and myself, house could hold another couple or great for a family! The views of Playa Dominicalito was amazing! Excellent location between Dominical and Uvita…… Host was great super responsive and quick to take care of any details …… would stay again if I come down this way …… 😎
This is a gorgeous villa in a great location managed by excellent hosts. Finding it was easy because Eric provided excellent directions and exact map location. Check in and getting in was a breeze. Home is gorgeous, comfy, and well appointed. Love the pool because it’s the perfect temp for the tropical climate. Not too warm, not too cold. The people who run the gate are super duper friendly. I’d stay here again just to say hi to them.

Lovely place to spend our long weekend getaway. Super close to Domicalito beach which we absolutely LOVED. Great for surfing and swimming!! There is a stand on the beach that sold fresh ceviche and cold beer which was perfect. The view from the house was gorgeous - pics don’t do it justice- and we saw some macaws. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor patio area had a nice amount of both sun and shade. We enjoyed a BBQ and the grill came in handy. The security guards were friendly and helped us with directions. As 3 women traveling together we felt very safe and would definitely visit again. There were a few power outages, however, anyone that does their research or knows anything about Costa Rica understands that this is very common. I live Ciudad Colon near SJO and it happens there too- just to put in perspective. Overall, great stay and would highly recommend!!

Playa Dominicalito is directly below Canto Del Mar, and is noted as one of the most picturesque beaches in the area due to the cove, created by the peninsula of land that juts into the ocean. It is excellent for swimming and also a good beach for beginning surfers. Thinking of having some fresh fish for dinner that evening? Buy some, straight from the local fisherman! Uvita is 15 minutes south, and over the last few years has grown into a bustling commercial center with banks, international schools, supermarkets, coffee, shops, and so much more. It also serves as the base for visits to Marino, Ballena National Park, a pristine, marine reserve, famous for its migrating pods of humpback whales. Dominical is 3 minutes north and is known for its world renowned surf break, and those seeking and authentic Costa Rican experience. You’ll find many delicious restaurants, yoga, studios, local vendors.
Although public transportation is available, the bus comes around every one to two hours, and is not always on time. A regular car will get you around, however, the ultimate experience will be with a 4 x 4 vehicle. This way you can get to the hard to reach adventures in to the beautiful jungles of Costa Rica!!
