Surfside Villa Dominicalito is uniquely located on a lush terraced hillside with a breathtaking 180 degree white wash view where you can watch the birds and monkeys all day. Surfside Villa Dominicalito is located inside the gated community of Canto del Mar (Song of the Sea) which many regard as the “best location in town.” It is a 10-minute walk to Playa Dominicalito and minutes from shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. This 1500 square-foot villa has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. The top floor has a spacious and bright living space with a kitchen, lounge area, and dining room. Oversized sliding glass doors flow into a large balcony and covered terrace. Including your own private pool perfect for outdoor entertaining and wildlife viewing, with frequent sightings of toucans, sloths, Scarlett macaws, and a variety of other birds and yes, monkeys. As you head downstairs to the first floor, you’ll find a bonus room, the laundry room and two bedrooms. Each bedroom includes an ocean and jungle view, a private bathroom and covered balconies.

Super awesome place … Eric was honest…we didn’t have power for 2 of the days of our stay. Would highly suggest having a car as amenities are not close ( groceries ) The pool was awesome but very small The screens on the downstairs king size room door need replacing as they are torn and bugs were biting if you had the sliders open Other than that had an awesome time …. Would come back but be better prepared … I Would suggest earplugs … I love hearing birds but after a couple nights in wasn’t a fan of the birds any more
This was exactly the place we needed for our family vacation and it's absolutely perfect for people traveling with young kids. We were able to quickly get to the beach and home when everyone was tired. The kids loved hanging in the pool when they tired of the beach. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful setting. It was also a great location for home base while getting to the many activities offered in Domicalito and other towns. The hosts were helpful and responsive if we had any questions. We hope to be back in the future!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.
Peaceful getaway. Relaxing. Nice restaurants like Kunjani in the area. Safe with security around the clock. Very good place to stay.

This place has the most beautiful views ! Very short 2 minute drive to the beach ! Beautiful home ! There is supermarket 5 minutes away , great location, close to Nauyaca and whale tail

Playa Dominicalito is directly below Canto Del Mar, and is noted as one of the most picturesque beaches in the area due to the cove, created by the peninsula of land that juts into the ocean. It is excellent for swimming and also a good beach for beginning surfers. Thinking of having some fresh fish for dinner that evening? Buy some, straight from the local fisherman! Uvita is 15 minutes south, and over the last few years has grown into a bustling commercial center with banks, international schools, supermarkets, coffee, shops, and so much more. It also serves as the base for visits to Marino, Ballena National Park, a pristine, marine reserve, famous for its migrating pods of humpback whales. Dominical is 3 minutes north and is known for its world renowned surf break, and those seeking and authentic Costa Rican experience. You’ll find many delicious restaurants, yoga, studios, local vendors.
Although public transportation is available, the bus comes around every one to two hours, and is not always on time. A regular car will get you around, however, the ultimate experience will be with a 4 x 4 vehicle. This way you can get to the hard to reach adventures in to the beautiful jungles of Costa Rica!!
