My boyfriend and I wanted to go Upstate for a relaxing getaway, and we invited my cousin to join us. I am so glad we found this place! We were blown away at how spacious and nice the home is. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, plus a lovely sunroom, and even an office (which I will admit I did have to use at one point, even though I was supposed to be relaxing). Absolutely no issues with parking since there is a driveway, plus a garage, which we took advantage of. The kitchen is fully equipped, however, we didn't cook since it was a short trip - but we did appreciate the Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. There was also a gas grill on the patio, which we didn't use as we opted to eat out at local restaurants. Oh, and the backyard! This was a highlight, being able to relax in the backyard, surrounded by trees. We also loved walking around the two lakes that are not too far away. Alex was a great host - very responsive and helpful. I would definitely visit again.

The house had everything we needed and more! Plenty of space for kids to play in the house and the yard, and for the adults to relax in a cozy living room or sundeck. A dedicated office on the lower level was very convenient too. The beds were very comfy, great quality bedlinen and towels. All the bathrooms were clean, as was all the house. The kitchen is well stocked, Nespresso coffee machine is such a convenience! We also loved cooking our dinner on the grill outside. The house is next to the lake/beach and several nice parks / hiking spots. It’s also just up to 2h ride from NYC. Importantly: the host is great, superb communication. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here in the summer!
