BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. Garage not for guest use.
