En helt perfekt ferie for vores familie. Huset var så hyggeligt, de smukkeste omgivelser og et rigtig lækkert poolområde. Raffaella var en meget sød og imødekommende vært. Nemt at kører ind til Panicale, som er en smuk by med gode restauranter. Vi vil helt klart anbefale stedet!

This property is pure heaven! It was so peaceful after a busy week in Rome! The views were breathtaking! The pool was a delight for the kids, and adults to laze around and soak up some sun! The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable bed and pillows, kitchen supplies, and if not the communal area downstairs had it. Plenty of games and puzzles to keep the kids entertained. Edoardo was an amazing host and always had time to stop and talk to us. My daughter enjoyed the horses and the chickens. Panicale is a beautiful little town a few mins drive away with everything we needed and the property was so close to explore the lake. We will be back here to stay again!

This is the best trip that we have ever taken. Raphaella and her son Eduardo are wonderful hosts. We were treated like special guests. Raphaella's Umbrian farm is the perfect spot to experience Italy. It is so beautiful. The farm is conveniently located in the center of Italy. You will want to experience the nearby charming village of Panicale. You can easily get to Rome, Florence, or Assisi for a day trip. The agriturismo farm is immaculate and the accommodations are first rate.

Un petit coin de paradis à deux pas d un très beau village médiéval (Panicale) et du Lac Trasimeno. Le lieu idéal pour se relaxer et rayonner en ombrie. L appartement Olmo est parfait pour une famille de 4. Grandes chambres dotées de moustiquaires grande cuisine salon terrasse pour manger matin midi et soir avec une vue splendide et apaisante. juste en bas une magnifique piscine qui donne sur les collines et les oliviers. Possibilité de prendre des cours d équitation pour enfants et adultes avec une prof extraordinaire . La propriétaire, Rafaella, est pour beaucoup dans l harmonie qui règne dans cet agriturismo. Sa générosité et sa sympathie font que l on se sent tout de suite très bien accueillis et chanceux d être là. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

A wonderful, beautifully furnished apartment, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. When I write everything, I really mean everything, including the telescope for observing the stars. It has a huge terrace with a dazzling view of the hills. You can relax on the terrace or by the pool, enjoying the same wonderful view. Maria Raffaella is a very nice and helpful person, perfectly familiar with the area and can advise on what to do or what to see around. Poggio del Pero is close to the beautiful cities and towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Montepulciano is reachable in an hour by car. It was a great and unforgettable holiday. We have a rule that life is too short to go twice to the same place but in this case we will definitely break it and return there :) Thank you Maria Raffaella for everything:)
