Hayley was absolutely amazing when we were massively delayed. We didn't turn up until gone 11pm when our eta had been 8:30pm. Hayley waited to help us find the property and check-in and was kind and patient. Thanks Hayley.

This stay was lovely. We were a family of four and the space was great. 10-15mins from Newcastle centre and 15mins from numerous lovely east coast beaches. Haley and her partner was so welcoming and we were made so welcome. Waking up Saturday morning was fantastic and also loved to hear about their history of the house, surrounding gardens and out buildings. Loved to hear about their future forth coming plans. Was very easy to access the Metro into Newcastle and very cheap parking at Heworth. If we are in the area again we will definitely be revisiting. Thank you for the stay and would love to see the progress of the boat once complete. Callum, Helena and the kids

In almost 3 years of being in a touring band, this is the loveliest accommodation we have ever stayed in! Hayley and her partner welcomed us as soon as we arrived and showed us into the place, which was spotless and came with plenty of amenities including tea, coffee, drinks and snacks. The house and garden are both beautiful, and the highlight was being able to use the separate bar area at the bottom of the garden. We found it a fantastic space for songwriting and were in there until 2am. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

As the first guests to visit Hayley's place, we were pleasently surprised how nice and secluded the location was. The living room and bedroom are spacious and homely, bathroom was very clean with a strong shower. For us it was a convenient location for easy reach to Sunderland and I can recommend the property to anyone.
