For the summer months there is an outdoor sitting area with decking. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children of any age are welcome. However No cots are available. Please supply your own travel cots, & bedding for hygiene reasons. There is space for 2/3 travel cots. Beds can be moved around upon requests, ie, from a superking to 2 singles and vice versa. Please request this at the time of booking. The maximum number of total full paying guests is 6. Children under 12 stay for free. The window to the rear double bedroom has a safety catch to limit the opening for safety reasons. There is absolutely NO Access to the loft.
