We are budding homesteaders and would love to share our little piece of paradise with like minded people that love nature and peace. Our property is situated smack bang in the middle of amazing hiking and mountain biking trails at the start of the Garden Route. We are surrounded by flower reserves and mountains. Do not expect 5 star accommodation, we are totally off grid, but relish in the luxury of nature and tranquility, close to Port Elizabeth and en-route to Jeffreysbay and Tsitsikama. At the moment we have two cabins sleeping 2 each and plenty of camping space. We have one share ablusion block with a basin, shower and loo. Because we are off grid, you will have to prepare a hot shower and keep the fire burning. We also have a communal outdoor kitchen with a braai and large pizza oven. Alfresco dining at its best. You are welcome to use anything from the garden for your salads and pizza. All lighting is solar, so we do have overcast days that affect that. You have a solar powered fan with charging station in your cabin. Unfortunately no open fires at the camping sites for obvious reasons. The beautiful Van Stadens Gorge is just a short beautiful hike from us where you can go swimming or even go on the longer hikes. There are many Mountain Bike trails surrounding Camelot, so bring your bike.
