You’ll hear owls at night and birds during the day, and walk to the local bakery for some yummy breakfast and coffee. 40 minutes W is Stinson Beach or Point Reyes seashore. N you are in the wine country of Napa/Sonoma! Bikes to use or bike rental close-by. Parking garage (free). Pup friendly! We live here when we’re not renting, and are clean/neat freaks, so you’ll be entering a clean, living, breathing, full of love home. There is a back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee under the oak tree or meditate, and an elliptical to hop on if you are so inclined, and a charcoal grill that you can fire up (coals provided). There is a parking space in the garage to use for free.
