This is a great place to stay whether you are just a couple or a big group like ours was. My husband and I used the master bedroom upstairs while our 18 year old daughter and her 3 friends used the bedroom downstairs with 2 Queen beds. It was great as we could be separated from each other and do our own things but also be in the same household to interact when we wanted. Loved the 2 parking spaces for the unit, the sunny balcony off our master bedroom and the nice coffee house literally across the street. The girls loved the Asian Market. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and it was a nice walk to downtown Main street. I definitely recommend.

Austin’s place made for a great stay in Ventura. It was close to downtown’s shops and restaurants, the beach, and within a 30-minute drive to Ojai. The space stayed cooled with the windows open, and was relatively quiet. Having 2 parking spaces and a coffee shop across the street were two of the things that sold me on the space. I would recommend for a stay in Ventura!

Austin was great and always available if we needed anything. The location was cool being across from the Asian American market and near the beach. It is a relatively quiet area of town. The place was comfortable and super cute.
