It is a 800 sqf above-ground basement suite that is self-contained with everything you may need to stay comfortably. A queen size bed in the bedroom. Sofa bed that sleeps 2 in the family area. We have a lan cable with high speed fibre optic internet in the suite. Netflix will be provided via a 42" SmartTV. We love coffee, so we will equip the suite with fresh coffee beans, grinder, espresso machine and a regular drip coffee machine. We can also provide a BBQ grill upon request.
