This place was amazing! Close to everything especially if you have to lyft or uber! Host is very helpful and responds in a timely manner! Everything was a 10 out of 10! I definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!
Glens place was very clean, it's was nice having access to a kitchen, and we didn't really see anyone else there while we were staying. His place is as described if you need a place to rest your head in the city for the night, however if your a light sleeper the walls are very thin hearing conversations out on the street and the TV on in the room above made for a restless night.

Nothing to complain about , Glenn was super responsive and helped if I had any issues . For being in downtown during mania weekend the price was incredible ! Clean bathroom /shower , great location , great host . Thanks !!

A thriving dining scene surrounds leafy Rittenhouse Square, while foodies shop Reading Terminal Market.
There is free street parking on the numbered streets around the house. I recommend parking and then using public transportation around the city.
Alternatively, you may take the subway, uber, or walk.
