This place was cozy without being too small. We were here for a graduation and we were able to have our family (9) meet here for dinner before the graduation and we were all comfortable. The home itself was so cute. One of my favorite Airbnb homes so far. The master bedroom was amazing in size and decor.
Bri’s place was very nice, we loved the location, had huge shaded trees next to the river to walk and ride bikes. The place was quiet and had a huge driveway for our son to play.

The place was great and Bri was so accommodating. Our visit with family was everything we wanted and more.
A beautiful home with spacious master bedroom, updated kitchen and comfy living room that’s walking distance to Bidwell Park. Would definitely stay again!

Hello! As a Chico native and an artist offering painting experiences at local vineyards, taprooms, and cafes, I hope to provide you with a curated experience in my hometown. Travelling has always been one of my favorite hobbies and I look forward to providing a space that can make your trip wonderful. My husband Daniel and I live with our seven year old son in the separate back house of the Parkside Place property, so you get to enjoy the luxurious primary residence!
