Nice and comfortable house with nice backyard patio. Close walk to park and 3 min drive to CVS and Safeway. Comfortable beds. A few things need updating-old and uncomfortable patio furniture; dishwasher is leaking; microwave would shut off every once in a while; utensils and pots/pans are old and looking dirty; need a few more wine glasses as there were only 4. Ashley was very responsive about these issues but we'd suggest that the property owners invest a bit to make the place a 5-star.

Ashley's AirBnb is really cute!! Lots of natural light and a comfortable place to stay. We rented for the weekend while we attended a birthday party somewhere else in town. Very quiet neighborhood except for some light traffic noise during rush hours. The neighbors happened to have a loud party during our stay, from morning until night, but they quieted down at a reasonable hour. Responsive host for all our needs. Absolutely would stay here again and we were actually kinda sad to leave!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s home! Check in/entry was a breeze. There’s a tile entry, followed by carpet throughout the living area. No proper space to place shoes or hang jackets, which would be a nice, practical touch. Bright airy, and welcoming. Couch is sprawling and comfy! Lots of space for gathering in the living room and kitchen. There is a nice view of the outdoor fountain. Fireplace not operational. There are plenty of towels, sheets & bedding in closets. Mattresses are very comfy & frames are squeaky. Kitchen is sparsely outfitted. If cooking, expect canola oil, salt/pepper & and few misc seasonings. Beneficial additions include a dish rack/mat, foil, plastic wrap or baggies, and larger recycling can. *Breakfast is NOT included! Unless you want expired cream of wheat, one packet of expired oatmeal & enough coffee for 1/2 pot. Upon notification, host asked if we wanted stuff sent over vs resolving. A little QC will go a long way in this lovely home. 🏡
