Well situated and in a quiet street. 5 mintes walk to the train and bus station, 10 minutes walk to city center. Clean and beautifull home. Paul is really nice and provide good recommendations.

Paul’s place is really clean , nearby to all modes of transport . We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days . I wish I could have stayed more . The pictures do not do justice to how lovely the place is . There is so much light and warmth in the place . Has a lovely kitchen and clean bathrooms . I had peaceful nights sleep as the place is so calm and serene . Paul himself was very friendly and very easy to approach . We even used his washer dryer as we had a longer trip ahead . I could not have asked for anything more . If anything it was more than I expected . Thanks Paul .
We had a very enjoyable stay at Paul’s - he was very friendly and helpful. The house was a lovely spacious house with a comfortable bed - good to have separate tv lounge. Highly recommended and would definitely return. Close to seafront and train station- thank you Paul

The house is a five minute walk from the station and ten minutes walk from the town center. The sea, in all its moods, is at the bottom of the road across the railway line. From the bedroom, when you're standing, you can look across Penzance to the harbour and the sea beyond. There's very little traffic on Lannoweth road so it is quiet.
Parking in Lannoweth road and the streets beyond is free and there's usually little trouble finding a spot. The bus, the train station and the port are five minutes away. A further few minutes gets you to the Scillies ferry departure point.
