The stay was amazing, we were blown away by the beautiful views from your very own private back garden. The house had everything you needed and if you were ever in need of anything the hosts were very responsive and quick to help! Fabio helped us with booking a replacement bus as there have been train strikes and supplied us with a taxi number. The walk down to Varenna is steep but not too long! Definitely wouldn’t recommend wearing sandals. But I was extremely happy and all my expectations were exceeded! Thank you for such a lovely stay in your gorgeous house surrounded by gorgeous views and a peaceful environment!

fantastic base to explore Lake como from, 10 minute walk down to the station and varenna, very charming apartment, very clean and tidy, with the most amazing view, recommend this to anyone wanting to see this beautiful part of Italy!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was really amazing. Perfect middle ground between being close to the lake and the old town vs having a great access to hiking in the hills. It is very peaceful and the view is just astonishing. You can get there by car, taxi or bus (not very frequent). We arrived by train and opted to walk - it is a 20min walk uphill, but it is worth it:) Easy check in and communication, local recommendations. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.
