We enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable. The layout was good for two couples with the bathroom in the middle. The neighborhood was quiet and restful. All in all a positive experience! Thanks to William!

Beautifully and quaintly decorated William’s place was easy to find and the off-road parking fantastic! The rooms were spotlessly clean with bath towels provided. We had the pleasure of waking to Tui singing; just be aware this accommodation is near a hospital and you may also hear sirens. (Also note there is no kitchen sink for washing up dishes - you will need to use the bathroom for that). We would definitely stay here again for its convenience to Cuba Street and the CBD, and family members in Newtown. Highly recommend 😊
