Perfect little house for what we were after. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close enough to restaurants and take out that we could walk, but far enough away that it wasn’t busy. Super easy check-in instructions and quick to respond when we wanted to organise an additional night. Didn’t request a lot of cleaning, just requested it be tidy and then had a cleaning fee, which is perfect. Would stay again and also recommend.

Comfortable small house with lovely sunny aspect in living area and off street parking. Easy walk to local shops. Manager provided very quick response to any queries. Highly recommend.

A friendly, clean, warm and sunny house that suited a few days in Newtown/Wellington perfectly. Good kitchen to cook in, good Osteria, Trattoria, coffee shops a short walk away, bush walks in two directions, proximity to supermarket, hospitals, athletics track, zoo, all walkable.

We were looking for a place near the hospital for my surgery. It was perfect because it was four minutes drive with a private parking. Unfortunately 5 days before our arrival we were notified we’d have to park on the street. The options provided by the property management group was a place in Ngaio or a price reduction. I asked a few questions about the parking situation and it was like trying to get blood from a stone. Transparency would have been appreciated. Once we arrived and started to search for parking it became clear why the property management group wasn’t forthcoming about the availability of street parking. The place was still decent. It’s tidy and quiet, even with the windows open the main sound is bird song which is delightful. The kitchen is fully equipped and it would be great if you were spending your day out and about. It’s close enough to CBD and Newtown is a thriving area. Overall it’s a good space and I can recommend it.
