No complaints with this charming, perfectly located Millers Point home. Suzanna was very responsive, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Place was clean. There are 3.5 flights of stairs inside the home, so re tears should be able to get up and down. Some minor issues, but Suzanna got back to us right away. All good, especially if you like to walk to The Rocks, Circular Quay, the Opera House, etc. plenty of Ubers/Taxis too. A bit expensive, but we loved our stay.

Suzanna was very helpful when we communicated with her. The house was generally clean except for the furniture you sat on was markedly stained. The climate control was good and the house had all the appliances and equipment you could ask for. The bathrooms are not great. They are very small and they leak. The main bathroom is tiny shared by 6 beds and accessed by stairs. There is no bathroom or toilet on the living area so I would not recommen anybody old or with leg issues staying here. There is ample cupboard space and the water pressure was good. I think at $1,000 per night it was too expensive because it is too old, the roof leaked in 2 rooms during heavy rain, and there is no parking. Our previous stay for the same money was a 6-7yo 4 storey newish home with an internal lift, double rooms and bathrooms on ea level with double garaged parking and views over Manly back beach and the harbour. That was more on the money I feel. This property' main attribute is its wonderful location.

Suzanna is a great host and her place is very nice place to stay, close to restaurants, trams, and also the place is very walkable. would book again here next time I come back to Australia. :)

Great spot, about 10 minutes from the Rocks and Circular Quay. Barangaroo is very close by with lots of restaurants and bars. Worked well for my family of 5.
