All the other reviews are spot-on — the place, albeit low-key, offers more than basic comfort in a strategic location. I would describe the place as thoughtfully-stocked — everything works great, from the fast Internet, smart TV with Netflix, perfectly functional airconditioning, excellent water pressure, bidets in both toilets, bottled water, some cooking amenities, games, and more. The pool and playground were just a few houses down too. There were some ants around the house, but it wasn’t really an issue. Just made us more mindful about cleaning up after ourselves. Would overall highly recommend Jane as a host, and her listed property.

Jane's place was complete, clean, spacious and clutter free. Pillows, linens and towels smelled good. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad that I discovered this place! Everything was so clean and well-organized. Bath towels, bath essentials, and kitchen utensils were included already. The caretaker which was sir Oic was very kind too, we felt safe in the neighborhood because of the guards as well. I wish there were more photos included in the listing because it definitely deserves recognition and more booking! Coffee grounds, sugar, oil, salt, and other necessary condiments were provided also and you can cook in the kitchen. Restaurants were a bit far and there's no food place inside the neighborhood, so it would be best to have your own car to travel. No foodpanda and grab available as well. All in all, we're very satisfied with out stay and would definitely go back again. 🤍

It was great stay with family and friends. A big thumbs up sa host and guards who assisted us during our stay. Kahit sobrang late na kami nakapag check in, they patiently assisted us pa din. Okay na okay to for vacation or may event kayong pupuntahan.

I wish the host has added better photos because I was really surprised how GREAT the place was. It felt like a proper hotel and yet felt at home. We did not know it was in nasugbu at first. Though there was misinformation about the location it didn’t matter since it led us to a better place than we ever imagined. The place had all you need. It had supplies, netflix big tv and fast internet speed. At night we even get to swim with the village amenities for free. Definitely a gem worth going back to!
