Very nice accommodation in a pleasant location, close to the beach. The appartment is nicely decorated and very cosy with a kitchen fully equiped. The host is super friendly and easy to communicate with. For sure is a place where you want to come back.
We had a great stay at Alexander's place. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchenette. Great WIFI connection, AC and modern furniture, made us feel like home. The location is great, a few minutes away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The inner pool was also a great thing to have. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend.

The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the beach, shops, bus station, restaurants and bars, making everything easily accessible. The accommodation has been recently renovated and furnished to modern standards, offering all the comfort we needed. The apartment was spacious, bright, and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The complex where the accommodation is located is tastefully decorated, with lush gardens and a heated swimming pool. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sunshine and the beautiful views. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Playa de las Américas.
My stay at this Airbnb property was absolutely wonderful! The host was extremely kind and attentive to my needs, making me feel at home from the very beginning. The apartment is located in an incredibly beautiful and well-organized complex, just a 5-minute walk from Las Americas beach. This provided me with the opportunity to enjoy the beach and the vibrant nightlife of the area conveniently. Playa de las Américas is a well known purpose-built holiday resort in the southern part of Tenerife. The resort area features bars, nightclubs, restaurants, attractions, and beaches, most of which are man-made with imported sand from Africa due to the darkness of the native volcanic sand. Playa de las Americas is a centre of nightlife in Tenerife. Nightlife is spread around the resort and includes the Veronicas Strip and the Patch (also known as Golden Mile).
There are five main beaches in the neighbourhood, all in walking distance from the apartment:
Playa de El Bobo - found at the foot of H10 Gran Tinerfe hotel
Playa de Troya - allows for fun in the water without high waves, located near Ravine of Troy (Spanish: Barranco de Troya) and the Papagayo Beach Club.
Playa de las Américas - an exposed beach and reef break that has reliable surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat.
Playa Honda - amazing melocactuses grow on the flower beds near Playa Honda beach, which makes it special.
Playa del Camisón - is the southernmost beach of Playa de las Américas
The bus stop is very close to the complex, 3 minutes walking distance.
You can take the bus to get to Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje or even the northern part of the island.
There are two main means of transportation to get from the South Airport to Paraiso Royal:
1. By taxi, which takes about 20 minutes.
2. By public transportation - GUAGUA. Taking the bus no. 40 from the airport to Columbus station (around 2 euros/person). From Columbus bus station walk towards Avenida Santiago Puig (just 10meters), then turn left and walk toward Calle Victor Zurita Soler. On Victor Zurita Soler, turn right and walk about 40 mts and you shall find the entrance on the left side with a grey sliding gate.
That is also the meeting point with the host that will welcome you.
If you are planning to rent a car, please note that the main parking is located on Calle Victor Zurita Soler, where the complex entrance is. Is public and free, but subject to availability.
