Main floor: ---Mud room, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Half Bath, Laundry Room, Front Porch, Deck. There is a green sleep chair in the corner of the living room. It reclines or lays flat. If you bring extra linens, this is ideal for an elderly person. My grandmother loves sleeping in this chair. ---Bedroom 1: Adults Only Master Bedroom with a King bed and en suite Bathroom 1 ---Bedroom 8: Kids' Bunkbed w/ two bunks + Single bed with railings ideal for child or elderly person. The dedicated workspace is in this room with the height adjustable desk for sitting or standing including computer monitor. Top Floor: ---Chess table, Climbing Room ---Shared Black Bear Bathroom #2 ---Bedroom 2: King bed w/ TV ---Bedroom 3: Queen bed w/ TV & Nursery ---Bedroom 4: Triple stack bunk beds kids' room & Climbing room. The climbing area has a combination lock on it. Only the renter will be provided with this combination to ensure children may not climb without adult supervision. Please note: Our bunkbeds have a maximum weight capacity of 125 lbs on the middle and top bunks. Adults could sleep on the bottom bunks, if they have to. ---Bedroom 5: Twin size daybed. This is ideal for a teenager but will fit an adult. There is no door on the space. Bottom floor: This floor may be accessed without any stairs, by using the second driveway. ---Movie Theater ---Hot Tub ---Shared Bathroom #3 ---Game Room with queen size sleeper sofa ---Bedroom 6: Queen size bed, with twin bunk above it (150lb weight limit). Twin size futon that may be laid flat for additional sleeping space, but please bring your own linens to sleep on the futon. ---If you're bringing an air mattress and linens for an additional sleeping space, you may close the door to the movie theater to create an additional "bedroom." Please put the bean bags on top of the recliner. You will have plenty of space for a queen sized air mattress.
