Come enjoy our newly renovated basement suite centrally located, ~15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden, downtown Denver, Rino, and the Highlands. The suite is set up with a mini-fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and tea kettle with a large dining table, ideal for a long weekend with a work-from-home option. You’ll find extra amenities like a fire pit, board games, a Nintendo switch, and a stand up paddle board, plus nearby Pickleball courts (bring your gear!) to enjoy. This space is ideal for a weekend getaway or a WFH stay for a digital nomad. You’ll park in the garage and enter the house through there where you’ll find easy access to your private suite downstairs. ✷ One bedroom with a king bed with blackout curtains ✷ Work from home desk set up in the bedroom ✷ Dining space with a large table, mini-fridge, microwave, Nespresso and tea kettle plus modern dinnerware, utensils, and a stock of essentials like salt, pepper, creamer, sugar, stevia, teas and Nespresso pods. ✷ Large lounge area with an oversized couch, blankets, and TV with access to apps you can log into so you can relax after a day adventuring or exploring Denver ✷ Brand-new bathroom features a walk-in shower with a shower head with handle, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash ✷ Fire pit, lounge seating and outdoor dining table with fully fenced in yard ✷ Queen airbed, additional linens, and pillows to accommodate 2 extra guests that we’ll set up for you if you need it. ✷ 420 friendly, but kindly ask there be no smoking or vaping inside the house, but you’re welcome to do so on our patio space. ✷ We have a fully fenced in yard and a high-energy pup who loves other dogs. Jocelyn and Andrew’s place was more than we could ask for! I came to Arvada for my masters level graduation and my boyfriend and I are thinking on moving to the area. Jocelyn’s place was in a great location between several “tourist” spots. She was very helpful and accommodating with recommendations for the area! Everything was exactly how it looked and we really enjoyed the fire pit out back! We would stay here again for sure!
Wonderful stay. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was great! Filtered drinking water and snacks were a nice touch. Garage parking was awesome! The couch was comfortable and spacious for our little one to play on and for movie night.
Had a lovely time staying here. Was just like the pictures and felt right at home.
It is a great space with a massive couch and wonderful shower head. We enjoyed our time there. Recommended for anyone staying in the Denver area.

Arvada is located in Northwest Denver centrally located to Downtown Denver, Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater and 30 minutes to Boulder.
We live on a quiet street, with quick access to 64th Street and Ward Avenue which offer access to Starbucks, King Soopers grocery, quick-dine options and locally owned yoga studios, pilates, and coffee shops.
We’re a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Stenger Sports Complex which has the Rainbow Ridge playground and mostly paved walking path around the soccer fields.
The best way to explore Colorado is with a car.
This home is ~10 minute walk to a few necessities like a coffee shop and King Soopers grocery and a First Watch cafe if the weather is nice, but Uber/Lyft, and Doordash are readily available and affordable.
If you plan on visiting any other areas of Colorado (Downtown, Boulder, Evergreen, Red Rocks, the mountains) while here, we recommend renting a car!

We’re a 5 minute drive from the Wheat Ridge - Ward Light Rail Station on the G line, which can also take you to Union Station (Downtown). From there you can transfer to any other line, including the A line which will take you to the airport.

Before we bought this home, we lived in AirBnbs for a year, getting to travel around and experience new places. Most of the places we stayed in were private guest suites in someone’s home and we had such great experiences, we wanted to create that experience in our home.
