Within a mile of the boat launch and many other amenities Lake Lanier has to offer. After a fun day on the lake kayaking or boating, or hanging by the fire pit at night, there is something for everyone. A dedicated basement for family and group fun with gaming systems, pool table, movie area, bar cart, and life size games. The lakeside retreat has three bedrooms, all professionally decorated with comfort and style in mind. The home has never before been on the rental market! Two of the three bedrooms have a private ensuite bathroom. An additional bathroom is located within the hallway for the third bedroom. The third bedroom is a bunk room containing 4 - full size beds. The home contains a fully stocked kitchen ready for every meal. You can decide to dine indoors at the dining table large enough for 10 people to sit comfortably, or outside and enjoy the patio and lake views. The outside dining table also fits 10 people comfortably. Located within the main floor second bedroom closet is a pack n' play and highchair to offer parents a small convenience shall they need it for their little ones. Downstairs is game heaven! The downstairs contains a seating/movie area for everyone to get cozy around. There are two arcade gaming systems, a pool table, life size Jenga, life size Connect Four, spike ball for outdoors, board games, and cards. Outside you will have access to a fire pit with cafe lights and additional outdoor games such as cornhole. Should you choose, a set of kayaks will be available upon signing a liability consent waiver. There are four beach chairs available for guest use, as well as lake towels. There is a laundry room on the main floor for guests' convenience. Please do not wash the black makeup towels with the white bathroom towels or lake towels. The home is located within walking distance, a short walk, down a lighted path. Upon getting down to the water, there is water access. Unfortunately, the home you will be renting does NOT have access to any of the docks that are located down at the water. Please do not use them, as they are personally owned by the neighbors. There is also NO lifeguard on duty, so swim and enjoy the lake at your own risk.
