Nestled behind the renowned Kew Gardens, our charming houseboat is securely moored on an island, offering tranquil views of the River Thames and the scenic Thames Path. Crafted with traditional oak and cherry cladding, it has a spacious open plan layout and external teak deck. It provides the perfect base for travelers seeking to explore London, whilst staying in a quieter, more peaceful location on the river. We really welcome long-term stays, and would accommodate your needs accordingly. Your bedroom features a plush queen sized futon bed, a built-in desk and chair, a record player, lots of great books and ample amounts of storage space, including shelves and a clothes rack. Bed linen and towels will be provided for your comfort. Down the stairs we have a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. We will supply tea, coffee and most pantry essentials for your cooking needs. This space will be shared with us. You'll have access to two bathrooms, one with a standing shower cabin and the other with a bath, both equipped with their own toilets and shared with us. During warmer seasons, you can relax on the upper deck, which has tables, chairs and a sunbed. The sunroom also offers a charming spot to relax or work in, boasting a desk, chair, and stunning views of the river. Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find a variety of cafes, shops, restaurants, and pubs!
