A great escape from winter in a sunny new gated 55 plus community nestled in a wildlife preserve near the Peace River! New azalea model 2 bed / 2 bath. We have a lovely screened Lanai with comfy patio furniture to sit and enjoy watching the pond and wildlife, morning sun on this lanai makes it comfortable all day! We have 2 new lazy boy recliners and a comfy couch in living area. All furniture is new with Serta i series mattresses, one king , one queen for your comfort.
