**Currently the pool is under renovations and is unusable. *** This home is centrally-located in Port Charlotte, FL. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both rooms have comfy king size beds. The living room has a pull out couch, with extra pillows and balnkets. There is a large patio with extra seating and a ping pong table. We offer flexible check in and check out options for an addition fee. Please let us know if you’re interested.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great spot. And neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around. House layout was good. Coffee bar was great. Excellent pool furniture. The umbrellas were good for all the great weather we got.
Comforting and cozy place to stay. From the time we arrived til the day we left this was a very quiet and clean neighborhood. We didn’t get to use the pool because we were spending most of our daylight hours at the beaches. Beds were comfortable. Nicole was a good and responsive host. Would stay with her again.
We loved how Nicole has the house set up. It is nice , fresh and is very welcoming. Bathrooms are new and clean! Nicole is a great host, very nice and very responsive. Will gladly recommend to others .

The house is located 5-10 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Local beaches are located a short 15-30 minute drive away from the home.
Having a vehicle is the best way to get around town. The driveway is open for parking and can fit 2 vehicles. If needed parking along the road is available for additional parking.
