This was a great Airbnb! It was tucked down an alley on a side street - so felt very quiet at night. A great restful reprieve from the hectic streets of Hanoi. Having access to laundry was great! One of the hosts was so helpful - she was doing some other cleaning when we walked down to use the washer. The washer was in use by another guest, but as we walked away the host offered to put our laundry in so we could go out and didn't have to wait! so nice!

Veque’s place was very clean and as a host they were very organized and responsive! I would definitely recommend them.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren weich und haben gut gerochen. Der Balkon zeigt in den Innenhof und man schaut auf die anderen Fenster in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie auf die Klimageräte. Nach oben ist er offen. Das Haus ist im hinteren Bereich mehrerer anderer Häuser. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man hört allerdings so ziemlich alles, was im Innenhof passiert. Ich hatte eine gute Zeit und danke für den Aufenthalt.

Overall the room looks pretty nice, its just like the pictures. The bed is comfortable and the A/C works perfectly. The description for arrival was also good, as it was already announced that the entrance was through small alley (that at night can be less cozy and you might find roaches in your way<but we never saw one inside the Airbnb location, which was really good>). In general we liked the location as it is close to the central station and also walking distance to turistic spots like the train street. We faced an unfortunate situation that our room was already being used by someone else when we arrived, so we communicated with Rose and she was very kind and came to help very fast, so we could stay in another room (which was on the 3rd floor) the room was pretty much the same, however there is no elevator. We also felt cleaning on general spaces could be improved (in toilets, kitchen utensils and the common kitchen <we saw and uninvited guest there 🐭>).
