Completed in April 2024, our annexe is completely self contained and is located at the end of our patio at the rear of our home. Ideally located between Truro (4 miles) and Falmouth (9 miles) with both the north and south Cornish coasts in easy striking distance. Minutes away from Trelissick Gardens with their beautiful woodland walks. 1 mile down the road is the King Harry Ferry taking you across the Fal to access the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. The Punchbowl & Ladle is a 5 minute walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine as well as a kettle and toaster. Open plan to the living area. Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney. Superfast broadband. Underfloor heating throughout. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and a Smart TV with an ensuite shower room.

My boyfriend and I were spending a few weeks travelling around Cornwall. We found Jo & her family incredibly welcoming and couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the annex. Plenty of beautiful hidden beaches just a few short drives away, 10 minute walk to the local pub that serves food, and the centre of Truro was less than a 10 minute drive to get to. We will be back!
Jo’s place was lovely, clean and in a great location. Walking distance from the local pub and plenty of outdoor activities in the area to keep us busy
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at Jo's place. It had everything we could possibly need and more. The place was spotless, had all the necessary amenities. Jo was incredibly kind and offered fantastic local recommendations for activities and places to visit. It's situated in a stunning area of Cornwall with plenty of scenic walks, and it's conveniently located to visit all of Cornwall's hidden gems. The two friendly dogs were a welcomed bonus. We'll definitely be making this an annual getaway!
