Church Close Cottage is one of two delightful cottages within the beautiful grounds of Cusgarne House; both cottages are restored 19th century buildings situated in the tranquil village of Cusgarne. Equidistant between Truro and Falmouth and just a 20-minute drive to the coast, it is an excellent base in which to explore Cornwall from. The open-plan living accommodation provides a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast for family and friends. The living area has a cosy wood-burning stove, television and traditional exposed beams. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor and can be configured as either a two cosy twin single beds or a plush super-king size bed as required. There is also a ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC. The further two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one king-size bedroom and one twin bedroom; both have use of a shower room with cubicle, wash basin and WC. Outside is a lovely, private south facing patio with garden table and seating as well as a barbecue; perfect for summer evenings and al fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy the large and lovely gardens surrounding the property which are shared with The Threshing Barn.
