On the first floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, LCD TV, hi-fi), an open kitchenette (dining table, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances) and the bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 x open/pass-through room with double bed, 1 x 2 single beds that can be put together). There is a large covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle shed and parking space. A crib and high chair can be provided for small children. Internet access (W-LAN) is also available. Two bicycles can be rented on site by arrangement. The total price includes final cleaning, water, energy, bed linen and towels.
