The 100 sqm non-smoking apartment, which was last renovated in 2022, is centrally heated and equipped with insect screens on the windows, can be reached via a hallway also used by the owner. It has a living room (couch, armchair, flat screen TV), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, accessible through the living room, 1 x small double bed 1.40 m wide), a separate kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony (electric stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a large bathroom (corner bath, shower, double sink, toilet) and a hallway. There is also a parking space, a bicycle storage room, a furnished balcony, possible WLAN. The hilly landscape shaped by the Ice Age with beautiful views and the forest and lake-rich surroundings offer many opportunities for an active vacation.
