I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was really spacious and clean, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The location was great, situated in a central area with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The three balconies were a major highlight, offering stunning views: to the left, you could see the mountains, and to the right, there was a view of the water. Luca was exceptional—very friendly and always quick to respond. He provided a lot of helpful suggestions for places to eat and was very accommodating with any requests I had. Communication was smooth and efficient, and the check-in process was detailed, making it straightforward and easy. It was a really nice experience, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay :)

No words can express how amazing this Airbnb is. My boyfriend and I stayed for a couple of days and it was better than we could have ever imagined. The Airbnb is perfect in every way and the views are just absolutely beautiful. Luca is by far the best host there is. He is so friendly, super helpful, and gave us so many lovely recommendations which made us fall in love with Palermo. We will 100% come back and book this Airbnb which really feels like home!! Thank you for everything Luca!

Ce logement est absolument parfait ! En plein centre de Palerme, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied avec une très grande facilité. Le quartier est animé mais une fois les fenêtres fermées, l’agitation de la ville est tout à fait supportable et ne gêne pas le sommeil. Il y a une consigne pour les bagages ce qui est particulièrement pratique si son avion est le soir. Luca est un gîte absolument adorable. Il a plaisir à conseiller et partager ses meilleures adresses. Foncez vous ne le regretterez pas !

Luca's place offered a great mix of hotel comfort and authentic private local living. The suite had all the essentials for a short stay: mini fridge, microwave, espresso machine, AC, and reliable WiFi. Check-in was easy with clear instructions, and Luca was always available for questions. Highly recommended for exploring Palermo!

Luca war von der Buchung bis zum Abreisedatum immer super schnell erreichbar und unglaublich hilfreich. Er ist ein super Gastgeber und hat sich proaktiv mit Infos gemeldet. Klasse! Er hat uns Fotos/Videos zur Anfahrt geschickt, den Aufzug (super schön) erklärt, sehr viele Tipps zu Restaurants geschickt (drei haben wir probiert: Apero auf der Rooftop Bar des Rinascente, die Focacceria dei Mercanti für einen Zwischenstop und das Mastunicola für tolle Spezialpizzen am Anreisetag) und hat sofort geantwortet, auf welche Frage auch immer! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der Altstadt, ist sauber, die Betten top-zu Fuss ist alles prima zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Bacavu gerne weiter. PS: Palermo ist lebendig und wer mitten in der Altstadt wohnt, ist sich bewusst, dass es nicht leise ist :-) Wir fanden die Bar ggü der Unterkunft mit der Livemusik cool:-) UND: Luca war ein super Host- Danke für alles :-)
