Beware of the owner blaming you for damage you didn't cause. If you plan on sleeping, avoid this place. The upstairs neighbors have daily parties with loud music playing until 4 a.m. The TV didn't work, and the coffee maker was broken. On top of that, the owner tried to charge me $200 for using too many towels. There were no clear checkout instructions. When booking an Airbnb, you expect certain amenities that this place failed to provide. Stay away—it's poorly managed.

Had there been a visitor‘s guide as promised, it would have made our visit much easier. After arriving, I called to inform our host that it was missing, and I believe it should have been immediately replaced in person or in an email. The espresso machine was confusing, apparently taking specialized pods which should have been provided or explained before arrival, so we had to walk for coffee each morning. The microwave was spotty, not staying on or refusing to start. We would have washed and put away our dishes, but no instructions for starting it. The helpful guide regarding how to get around and where to find shopping, restaurants, etc. was sorely missed. On both Thursday and Friday nights we were awakened around midnight to loud music from the apt above us. We were finally able to rouse the occupants on Saturday, and they were very cooperative about lowering the volume.Host should inform him when their are guests below. It is a clean, comfortable apt in a great neighborhood.

Great Appartment, spacious and clean with appliances and big kitchen. Location is good, easy access with public transport. Host provides clear instructions and is accessible in case of questions. Overall, great value for the price.

Many pros, one major con. Pros: Great place, fun neighborhood, only a couple miles from the Mall, nice and clean. Con: we asked in advance for sheets for the couch (there were three of us and none of us wanted to share a bed). There were no sheets for the couch when we arrived, and Anup's response to my message made it seem like he had never read the request until after we checked in, and he had no way to rectify the situation. I'd definitely recommend the place to anyone who doesn't need a special request filled, but not if you need something beyond the basics.

Very cute spot in a great location. Clean as a whistle which was much appreciated. All was as described, our only issue was the neighbors upstairs. Extremely loud music all night (literally ALL night, Saturday night it went right on through until Sunday morning when we left early around 7a because we were so tired of it). I know this is completely out of the hosts control, but it very much impacted how much we enjoyed our stay. Otherwise absolutely lovely but unfortunately we would look elsewhere that might be a little quieter for our next trip.
