Incredible 3 story house with AC throughout the house, private pool and outdoor terraces where you can enjoy incredible jungle views. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, complete dishes and kitchen utensils). Master bedroom with delicious king size bed, 40" SMART TV, full bathroom and dressing room. Secondary room with 2 comfortable double beds, full bathroom, 40" SMART TV and dressing room. Secondary room with 2 amazing single beds (presented as a king size bed), full bathroom, 40" SMART TV and closet. Amazing living and dining room area with capacity for up to 10 people with 40" SMART TV, views of the interior terrace and half bathroom. Living room area on 3rd level with sofa, 40" SMART TV. It is ideal for 8 people. Most amazing about CASA CHIIT is that you will be able to use all this common areas: Pool with swim lane + barbecue area + gym + meditation area + Mayan ruins viewpoint + social area + ping pong table + climbing wall + pool table + terraces.

What an amazing house this is in Tulum, a real gem. Surrounded by nature, even more nice than the photos! The pool is incredible, to relax in, we had a wonderful time. The contact with Daniel and his team was excellent and they were very helpful upon arrival. Clean, elegant, spacious house. Amazing service. I highly recommend to stay here and I will for sure come back.
Wat een ontzettend mooie ervaring om in dit prachtige huis te verblijven met daarbij ook nog eens de geweldige service van Mi Casa Es Tu Casa, dit heeft het nog een extra dimensie gegeven! Je voelt je helemaal thuis. Alle kamers waren goed en mooi schoon, en de bedden zeer comfortabel. Er is een goed uitgeruste keuken en een parkeerplaats. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is geweldig om met vrienden te chillen. Wij waren met name weg van het terras met het prive zwembad, dit was top! Het huis staat verder is een gesloten community met beveiliging, maar je bent helemaal omringd door de jungle/natuur! De staff was verder ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wanneer we weer naar Tulum komen, gaan we sowieso weer hier verblijven!
Aunque nuestra estancia fue corta no dudaría en recomendar esta hermosa casa y seguramente volveré ya que las instalaciones son excepcionales y sobre todo el servicio de Daniel y su equipo fueron excelentes. Todo impecable, casa muy amplia y con vistas a la selva además de estar en una zona muy céntrica lo cual nos permitió movernos con facilidad a varios puntos de interés. Muchas gracias Daniel!

CASA CHIIT has an excellent location in the heart of the city. Its located inside gated residential area called MUN Tulum, a safe and calm area.
Very close to the hotel zone, the magical beaches of the Caribbean, the Mayan ruins, beautiful cenotes, coffee shops/ restaurants/bars and the ADO bus station.

10min walk from Chedraui supermarket.
10min bike ride from the majestic Mayan ruins.
15min bike ride from the beaches and hotel zone.

Very close to CASA CHIIT you have access to all public transportation that takes you to all parts of the city, the hotel zone and public beaches.
Also walking is very easy to get to parks, markets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and gyms. Even so, our recommendation is that you rent a car to get around more comfortably.

Hi future guests! My name is Daniel, I´m a young Mexican that was born in Cancun, Mexico; passionate about traveling and hosting people from all around the world. I started the project "Mi casa es tu casa" with the mission of making everyone feel like home when they stay in our properties, our philosophy is and will always be to treat them as friends and family. This now makes us have very good friends all around the world.
