BEDROOM 4, upstairs, twin bed with twin trundle, small bedroom best for kids, oscillating fan. *Note: stairs to bedrooms 3 & 4 are steep and narrow, not recommended for the elderly or those with a high trip or fall risk. **Note: bedrooms 3 & 4 can get warm as they are the only two rooms upstairs, we have a small window fan in each room, place in the window and it will quickly cool the room. Each room also has a larger oscillating fan.
