Welcome to our single-level three-bedroom house located near Old Town Scottsdale and within walking distance from Vista Del Camino Park. Our home features a fully fenced yard with a heated pool and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The master bedroom boasts a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and a comfy king bed, opening up to the yard with a seating area. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and direct access to the yard with the pool. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, USB plug-ins, and also opens up to the yard with the pool. Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with cookware essentials provided. The spacious living room offers ample seating with a 55" Smart TV for entertainment. Two parking spots are available on the driveway and street parking in a cul-de-sac. The house also features a full bathroom with all towels and soaps provided, including pool towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Additionally, guests can make use of the BBQ and EV charger during their stay. Welcome to your home away from home!

Great little gem , private neighborhood with great walking paths. Fully stocked with anything you need. Completely redone, everything is brand new. The private back yard with a heated pool was relaxing with beautifully groomed grass yard. Which you do t find much of in the desert. Hoste team quick to respond definitely will return to this one.
We stayed at this beautiful home for our anniversary weekend in mid-April. This home is right next to Vista Del Camino Park. Walking paths next to the lake, great sunsets, disc golf course, and Scottsdale Hayden bike park. So many great restaurants nearby from the Salt cellar, Carlsbad Tavern, The Vig, Capital Grille and many more. Starbucks is walkable north through the park. Gas stations, freeway access and grocery stores super close. Conveniently located center access to Downtown Scottsdale, Downtown Tempe and Downtown Phoenix. There was no stone left unturned with the details put into this home. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you could need. The layout of the home is spectacular with access to the backyard from almost every room. The backyard is just amazing! So many separate areas for guests to enjoy from swimming, lounging in the sun, relaxing under the patios or enjoying a nice fire on a chill evening. DO NOT PASS THIS GEM UP! Book it now <3
