Welcome to Sweetbriar Ridge! You will be staying in the MIDDLE dome on the property called Solidago. Solidago dome is nestled on 56 acres of private woods and prairie landscapes. This unique retreat offers a one-of-a-kind experience with its stunning design and serene surroundings. Enjoy the tranquility of nature while being just 10 minutes from Pine City, MN. Solidago dome features the following amenities ensuring a comfortable stay for guests of all kinds: -1 king bed -1 queen bed (mezzanine loft) -Ensuite shower/bathroom -Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, 2 burner induction stovetop) -Coffee grounds, oil, salt, pepper -Luxury towels and linens -Dining table (seats 4) -Lounge space (seats 2) -Private Outdoor firepit (seats 4) -Private 56 acres of woods and prairie to explore -Blowup Paddleboards/Kayaks (Cross Lake landing 5 mins away) -Complimentary Snowshoes -Dog and family friendly! -Modern furnishings -Endless adventures! PLEASE NOTE: Wildlife: Our property is nestled in the heart of nature, guests may encounter bugs, critters, and other wildlife during their stay. We take measures to minimize their presence indoors, but want to remind guest that the dome is a glorified tent. We provide mosquito and tick treatment outside the domes. We recommend guests come prepared with insect repellant and appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. Embracing the natural surroundings adds to the charm of our retreat, and we hope you enjoy your time reconnecting with nature! Well Water: Sweetbriar Ridge is supplied with fresh well water sourced 250 feet below the dome. If you do not enjoy the natural taste of water, please bring bottled water to enjoy during your stay. Bear Creek: Please note that our property features a beautiful creek running throughout the middle of the property behind the domes. While this offers a picturesque backdrop for your vacation, we kindly ask parents to closely supervise their children around the water. Thank you for keeping everyone safe! Neighbors: Guests will be able to see one farmstead across the prairie from the dome. AWD: All wheel drive is recommended for our driveway in the winter months.

Great place to disconnect and relax. Everything inside was top-notch, like a luxury hotel, with peaceful nature right outside. Kitchen and bath are ultra modern. Nothing but the sound of birds by day and bullfrogs by night. Pine City was fun to explore, just 10 minutes away. I enjoyed their padelboard/kayak from the boat launch just down the road. A really relaxing haven just an hour from the Twin Cities!
Sweet Briar Ridge was an awesome experience for our family of four and our dog! Bri and Dave were flexible, responsive and accommodating to our family. Definitely recommend and we will book again!
We loved staying in the Solidago dome!! It was so beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Pine City was just a short drive away with coffee shops and restaurants. Our hosts provided paddle boards/kayaks which we used on the nearby lakes. Sitting around the fire pit in the evening was a great way to relax. Would 100% stay here again!
This was a beautiful retreat to get away and enjoy being refreshed and pampered. As a part-time work-from-home mom who daily takes care of my 3 year old and 8 month old, the day to day can be filled with a lot of time that is not my own. This nature getaway left me feeling filled and rested. I loved the comfy bed and unique views. The interior was beautiful with care in every detail. The highlights of my stay were waking up to the quiet sounds of nature, a starlit campfire, and an uninterrupted shower in a gorgeous bathroom with a hot towel when I was done. Felt like I was at a spa! Would definitely recommend to someone who is wanting to get away and just have some time to relax. It was fun to “camp” in nature but still have the comforts of all the modern luxuries.
