Great place. Accessible host.
Allen’s place was awesome! My group and I really enjoyed the space for a mini getaway. The location is super peaceful and a quick (depending on traffic 😂) uber ride away from downtown and popular areas. Would definitely recommend this nice place!
We loved staying at Allen's place. We felt so lucky to be his first guests. We would definitely stay here again! First, it's in a beautiful location and a safe neighborhood. It's close to a park and a marina, so you can walk/run/explore.. You can also walk to the grocery store and a Starbucks (but we ended up driving). Street parking is very easy. Second, The inside was beautiful. I was initially worried that staying in a basement would be too dark but Allen has done a great job ensuring there is natural light and that the interior is bright. I frankly didn't miss the windows at all. It's very spacious inside and he has taken great care to make sure that guests are comfortable. Third, Allen is a very responsive and caring host. I had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly. Hope you enjoy your stay here. We did and we look forward to coming back!
